Refund policy

For all K-town Bulgogi Frozen Food Orders

K-town Bulgogi is committed to delivering top quality products. Please place products in freezer immediately once received and follow all cooking and preparation instructions on the back of each package.

No Refund Policy. Due to the frozen and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. For damaged products, please contact us at support@k-townbulgogi.com with order number and details for assistance.

Please inspect your products upon delivery. Product pouches should feel hard to touch, cold and should not have any leakage or breakage.

Food safety is our number one priority, that’s why we only offer same day delivery. This means our delivery 
driver will hand deliver your order to you and if you are not home, will leave your order outside the delivery address in an insulated bag with ice packs to ensure your order stays cool. In the rare case your product is spoiled upon receipt, please contact us at support@k-townbulgogi.com with your Order Number as the subject line and attach pictures of damaged product, front & back of pouch, outer packaging showing best by date and order confirmation. Please send picture of outer box or outer bag with shipping label (if present) and inside of bag/box with ice packs visible. Please do not consume any spoiled products.

Return Policy

Due to the frozen and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Purchases from Third-Party Retailers

For customers who purchase K-town Bulgogi products from retailers or online channels separate from www.k-townbulgogi.com, please direct any refund or exchange requests to the original retailer of purchase. Each retailer will have its own return policy and can assist you directly. K-town Bulgogi is unable to process refunds or exchanges for items purchased outside of our direct sales channels.

Exchanges & Changes to Existing Orders

All sales are final. Due to the frozen and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges.

Unfortunately, once a shipping label is created, we cannot make any changes to your order, including product edits or address changes. Please check your order confirmation email to verify accuracy and confirm your address. Contact us at support@k-townbulgogi.com for assistance.

Policy Changes

K-town Bulgogi reserves the right to adjust these policies as needed. Any damage claims must be made within 1 day of receiving products.
