K-town Bulgogi Products are made in SQF, USDA, and Halal Certified Facilities in New York.

What’s the shelf life on your products?
Please be sure to check each product/pouch for the best by date.
Frozen Long-Grain Rice pouch: Keep in the freezer for up to 1 year (Keep Frozen until Ready-To-Heat).
Frozen Bulgogi Pouch: Keep in the freezer for up to 1 year (Keep Frozen, until Ready-To-Cook).
What allergens should I be aware of?
We take extra measures to ensure that our products are free of allergens not stated in the ingredients
statement and cross-contamination. Please be sure to review the allergen statement on each product and package prior to purchasing for food safety.
All K-town Bulgogi contains Soy and Wheat.
Great news! Our Bulgogi Products do not contain any Sesame. No Sesame Allergens – Yay!

Cooking and Preparations Tips FAQ
Please follow the Safe Handling Instructions and Cooking instructions on the back of each package and keep all pouches frozen. Bulgogi pouches must be kept frozen until Ready-to-Cook. Please thaw the bulgogi pouch in refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight. Please keep the Rice pouch frozen until ready to heat (Do not thaw in refrigerator. Heat in Microwave From Frozen). Overcooking the bulgogi and rice can lead to hard texture.
Quick Tip - If you prefer a brothy bulgogi (more sauce), Reduce cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
Is the Bulgogi Pouch inside each Meal kit, RAW and FROZEN?
Yes! The bulgogi pouches inside each meal kit are RAW and FROZEN. Beef/Halal is Raw Beef. Mushroom is Raw Shiitake Mushroom. Please follow the Safe Handling Instructions and Cooking Instructions on the back of each package!
Is the Rice Pouch PRE-COOKED and FROZEN?
Yes! All Rice Pouches are Pre-Cooked IQF Frozen and Must be kept frozen until Ready-to-Heat in microwave! Heat from Frozen, Ready in 3 minutes!

Shipping & Delivery FAQ
When will my order arrive?
For all K-town Bulgogi Frozen Food Orders: We deliver orders every Wednesdays for next day delivery! All Orders place before Monday 3:00 pm ET will be shipped out on Wednesday for next day delivery.
All orders placed after Monday 3:00 pm ET will be delivered the following next Wednesday for next day shipping!

For all Merchandise Orders: We ship orders Monday through Friday. We aim to ship out your order within 7-14 business days after your order is placed. All orders are shipped with Ground Shipping Nationwide. You will receive a tracking # once your order has been shipped. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

How will my order arrive?
All Merch Orders will arrive in shipping package/box with label.
All K-town Bulgogi Frozen Food Orders are shipped out every Wednesdays for next day delivery to ensure best quality due to the frozen perishable nature. Once you receive your order, please freeze immediately until Ready-to-Cook and follow instructions on the back of each package. Orders are shipped out every Wednesdays for next day delivery! If your order is delayed, please email Support@k-townbulgogi.com or call us at 1-888-742-2898 for assistance. To expedite, please have your order number ready.
Is Nationwide shipping offered?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Nationwide Shipping for K-town Bulgogi Frozen Food Products. Discover our products at your nearest retail store!

For all New York, New Jersey & Connecticut Customers, orders are shipped out every Wednesdays for next day delivery! Orders must be placed by Monday 3:00 pm ET. How will my order stay frozen during delivery?
We offer Nationwide Ground Shipping for all Merchandise Orders! (Non Perishable/ Non Food Orders).
All Frozen Food Orders are Kept Frozen during transit. During the summer and warmer months, your order may be packed with insulated liners and ice packs to ensure our products stay frozen and cool if you are not home at delivery.
How can I cancel my order?
Please email support@K-townbulgogi.com as soon as possible so our Customer Care team can assist with canceling or rescheduling your order if it is not too late.
What happens if my order arrives spoiled?
Food safety is our number one priority, that’s why we only offer same day delivery. This means our delivery driver will hand deliver your order to you and if you are not home, will leave your order outside the delivery address in an insulated bag with ice packs to ensure your order stays cool. In the rare case your product is spoiled upon receipt, please contact us at support@k-townbulgogi.com with your Order Number as the subject line and attach pictures of damaged product, front & back of pouch, outer packaging showing best by date and order confirmation. Please send picture of outer box or outer bag with shipping label (if present) and inside of bag/box with ice packs visible. Please do not consume any spoiled products.
